A new trailer for the upcoming “Spider-Man: No Way Home” has been released. This is the second trailer for the film; the first was released in late August.
There has been much speculation as to the film’s casting, with rumors swirling that the film could feature past Spider-Man actors Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. The earlier trailer revealed the return of Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock. The new trailer confirms the return of Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe), Sandman (Thomas Haden Church), and Electro (Jamie Foxx).
Tom Holland returns for his third film as Spider-Man / Peter Parker. Benedict Cumberbatch co-stars as Doctor Strange. In the new trailer, Doctor Strange mentions Spider-Men from other Earths in the multiverse.
Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, and Jon Favreau are also in the cast. J.K. Simmons returns as Daily Bugle editor J. Johan Jameson, a role he originated in the Maguire “Spider-Man” trilogy.
