If you think spa trips are just for the ladies, consider this: At the new Wellness Spa by Le Paradis in Haddon Heights, owner Charolett Hall says that about 80% of all bookings are for couples. This coming from a spa that’s so popular, they had to move to a bigger facility after their first year.
“What sets us apart from other spas are our couples services,” Hall explains. “We offer very reasonably priced couples packages and our couples absolutely love booking their services in our Couples Suite; where they can enjoy their time with each other after their massage, drinking champagne and eating chocolates!”

Le Paradis began in 2019 as a small boutique spa in Cherry Hill. After one very successful year, the company relocated to a 3,000+ square foot building in Haddon Heights. This facility now operates under the name Wellness Spa by Le Paradis.
You can of course expect all the traditional spa services at Wellness Spa by Le Paradis. For instance, they offer everything from massages and body treatments to waxing and facials. “Our company goal is to offer the best services to our guests,” Hall says. “We want all our clients to leave our facility feeling they are unique to us; and not just a body coming in and out.”
Guests can book massages for either 60, 90, or 120 minutes at a time, choosing from a variety of styles. They offer options such as the Athletic Sports Massage or the Full Body Buffer Massage. Meanwhile, the Himalayan Crystal Salt Glow is an exfoliant body treatment that heals dry skin and promotes moisture retention; which is perfect for getting winter skin ready for warmer weather. Wellness Spa by Le Paradis makes spa days even better for couples. For instance, couples packages also come with bonuses like restaurant gift cards, champagne, and chocolates. (Exact bonuses vary.) Popular picks for couples include the Swedish Relaxation massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, and Mud Therapeutic Back Massage. In addition, for $30 more, the Couples Suite allows pairs to enjoy some post-massage time together in the Jacuzzi.
These days, self-care is more important than ever. “It is important for individuals to be in tune with how they are feeling physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually; and know the proper measures to take in getting back to being grounded,” Hall says. “A trip to the day spa may be just what the doctor ordered!”
Charolett Hall has over 15 years of experience in the spa and hospitality industry. Her roles have ranged from day spa massage therapist to massage instructor at the Harris School of Business in Delaware. She is also the former Spa Operations Manager of the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City. Now, she owns Wellness Spa by Le Paradis.
